We always plan to achieve this within a period of 3-5 years, by investing time and money to increase the value of the land in order to attract future purchasers such as developers, property companies, hotel groups, institutions and fund managers:
- Apply for outline planning permission
- Produce development concepts and architectural drawings
- Install water, sewage and electricity services
- Construct access site roads where necessary
After purchase, each property is placed in a separate SPV. *Shares in these companies are then offered to investors who are able to own a tangible asset in the form of joint ownership of the project. **This structure is professionally administered and audited offshore by an independent regulated company.
